Since founding the agency in 2015, she has grown it into a results-driven powerhouse, leading a 30+ strong team of experts.
With 24 years of experience across the UK and GCC, Louise has led communications for global brands including Disney, Dubai Tourism, Atlantis, Marriott, Hilton, and Moet Chandon— with a specialism in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and corporate PR.

Her expertise spans renowned brands such as DET, Atlantis Dubai, Rolls Royce, and Panasonic.

A PR professional with over 11 years of experience, Aarzoo brings extensive knowledge of the region’s media and digital landscape. She will draw on her expertise with brands like Panerai, Tag Heuer, Rosewood Abu Dhabi and Hakkasan to ensure deliverables are met with creativity and precision, offering strategic guidance to drive impactful results.

Account Director
A luxury Communications expert with extensive knowledge of the social and digital landscapes. Phillippa will utilise her experience across the luxury fashion and beauty industries (L’Oréal, Karla Otto, Prada Beauty, Valentino etc) as custodian on the account, ensuring deliverables are met and offering industry guidance and counsel on execution of activities.

As Growth Director at Brazen, Lea drives agency growth and success. With over eight years of experience across diverse sectors including Digital Dubai, Dubai Future Foundation, Dubai Municipality, Al Ghurair Group, and AlUla in KSA, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to the role.
At Brazen MENA, we invest heavily into people and culture. We were the first PR agency in Dubai to launch a well-being initiative back in 2019, and it has now become an integral part of our DNA.
